BC-346A为一种特制的耐高温绝缘凡立水,且已被广泛的使用于UL CLASS A、B、F
及H等系统中。
产品特点
1. 极佳的延展性与粘着性。 2. 高度的结合力。
3. UL绝缘系统认证至CLASS H等级(180℃)。 4. 通过美国政府认定之产品。
5. 美国国防部核准为MIL-I-24092,CB等级180系列。
产品说明
电气产品与电子零件各类型线圈、马达、发电机、变压器、电枢等
1. 依产品特性决定所需要稀释的浓度。
2. 将欲处理之产品预热到105℃。
3. 冷却至65℃至75℃。
4. 浸没于凡立水中，15-30分钟至气泡消失为止。
5. 将产品滴干15~30分钟。（为使其拥有更强的结合力，滴干时间愈短愈好）
6. 至于烤箱烘烤，以下为建议的烘烤温度及时间。（依产品不同做适当调整）
*2.5-5小时 @ 135℃ *1.5-4小时 @148℃
*1-2小时 @ 162℃
*烘烤时间为产品达到烘烤温度后完全硬化所需之时间

HEAT LIFE
HI-THERM BC-346A has a heat life of 20,000 hours at 215℃.And 40,000 hours at 205℃.As determined by
IEEE#57(Twisted Pairs)using Polyester Amide-Imide wire Data is available on use of BC-346A in UL listed
systems through 220℃
SOLVENT
Thin with DOLPH’S T-100(V.M. & P.Naphtha)
Dolph’s T-200-X(Xylol) may also be used
IMPREGNATING ABILITY
Excellent wetting properties give maximum penetration using atmospheric or vacuum impregnation
DIP TANK STABILITY
Field experience has proved HI-THERM BC-346-A to have excellent dip tank stability.
High temperature (220°C) varnish: tough, flexible, and QPL and UL recognized; meets MIL-I-24092D. Class 180 for processing at land-based facilities. UL systems up to 220°C.
